Information you choose to send
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, city, property type, requested support, timing, optional budget notes and a short message. Consent is required before submission. Please do not send identity documents, health records, payment information or other sensitive personal material through the form.
How project enquiries are used
Your details are used to review and respond to your project enquiry. The website sends enquiries to the existing Flor lead-management system, which stores the enquiry and supports operational follow-up. Submission does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter or create a confirmed booking.
Service providers and security
The site is hosted using Cloudflare and the enquiry system is operated through Flor. Infrastructure and service providers may process information where their systems operate, including outside your province or Canada. Access to submitted enquiries is intended for the people and systems handling the request. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Flor chat and enquiry drafts
When you choose to chat with Flor, your messages are processed by Flor’s AI service and its technology providers to generate a reply. Chat is general guidance and does not submit a project enquiry. Use the project form to review and send your details. If you choose to link an enquiry to your chat, the reviewed notes, chat session reference and originating page are included with that enquiry. Do not share passwords, payment information or sensitive documents in chat.
Browser storage and technical information
The enquiry form uses session storage for a random request reference so retries can be recognized. Your contact fields are not saved in browser storage by this site. Flor keeps the recent chat and an optional enquiry draft in session storage in this tab, with a 30-minute expiry; New chat clears the displayed conversation and starts a new reference. Hosting, chat and enquiry services may process technical information such as an IP address to operate the service and limit abuse. This edition does not intentionally embed advertising trackers or third-party social widgets.
Photographs and external links
Interior photographs are served from this website. Links to municipal resources, photography credits or other sites open resources governed by their own policies. This notice applies to the Senses website and its project enquiry flow.

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact flor@flor.tel. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. Requests will be reviewed with any operational or legal retention requirements that apply.
